About Us
Adam and Aubrey (Earhart) Bolender were both raised amidst the business of agriculture. Adam is a third generation dairyman, working and managing the family farm full time in eastern Brown County.  Aubrey comes from a fourth generation family grain operation in western Brown County.  Adam received a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehead State in 2007.  Aubrey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Wilmington College in 2007 and a Masters of Education degree from Xavier University in 2010. Aubrey is a full time fourth grade teacher.  The couple was married in August, 2009, but began their farming partnership in 2008.  Both Adam and Aubrey have had their own beef cattle since they could remember, through 4-H and FFA projects. Through the interest of family, friends and neighbors they began to market and sell freezer beef. The positive response and feedback has encouraged them to expand and take their products to the Anderson Farmers Market.
 
Our Objective
For years, our families have been fortunate enough to have our own beef, with the assurance of knowing that no growth hormones or antibiotics were given to our animals.  This has been a luxury that many farm families take for granted. This is a luxury that we would now like to share with our neighbors and friends. 

Our beef is raised on the lush green grass of our pastures and finished on a grain diet to ensure optimal marbling and thickness.  We have our meat processed in Chillicothe, where it is USDA inspected and dry aged for 14-21 days for tenderness and taste. Because we do not use growth hormones, it does take longer and cost us more to feed a beef to the preferred condition; however, we can eliminate the “middle man” by working directly with the processor and in turn provide our customers with typically high priced cuts at remarkably affordable prices.

Our Products
We are proud to offer fine T-Bone steaks, Sirloins, Ribeyes, Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steak, Tip roasts, Rump roasts, Cubed Steaks, Brisket, Flank Steak, Beef for Kabobs, Lean ground chuck and ground hamburger that makes the juiciest hamburgers perfect for grilling season or year round.  We stand by our beef and our customer’s satisfaction. 

As a farm family, cooking together is an important part of our daily life.  In the summer, everything on our table is home grown.  We want to bring the simple tastes of the country to the market through homemade barbeque, grilled hamburgers and steak to sample, as well as yellow and red potatoes, red and green peppers, beautiful tomatoes, sweet corn, cabbage and plump juicy blackberries.
