The Can-Du Farm is a family farm established in 1993 by Charlie and Vaunda Ernstes. Truly the family farm as brothers, sons, daughters, and grandchildren are all actively involved in the farm operation.

We sustainably grow a wide variety of vegetables. We have 20 different herbs, 30 types of hot peppers, 15 different eggplants, and some 43 varieties of tomatoes, including delicious heirlooms. We start all our plants from seed.

We will also have sweet onions, garlic, yellow and green beans, and delicious burgandy okra.

We look froward to seeing old friends and making many new ones at the Anderson Farmers Market this year.
